This White Paper describes eight very different security incidents that had a variety of impacts on telcos and their customers in several different countries during 2019 and 2020. It also extracts high level learnings from them. These eight have been selected to reflect the variety of incidents that telcos are vulnerable to – some of which are unique to the telecom sector, some of which are common to all large organizations.
