We provide a variety of support services designed to ensure that your A10 Networks systems install quickly, configure easily, and operate reliably in your network.
New customers are required to register their A10 product(s) to obtain access to the Support Portal.
Existing customers can register additional products by logging into their Support Portal account and clicking on the "Edit Your Profile" link on any Portal page. You will be able to add products to your existing profile.

Maintenance Programs
A10 Networks offers three levels of maintenance to provide hardware, software and technical support services: Standard Warranty, Basic Support, and Gold Support.
Software
A10 Network customers with a valid support contract can download the latest firmware versions. New customers are required to register to gain access to the Support Portal.
Application Notes
Get additional technical information and helpful tips on how to configure
